SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS
Latitude will provide the advice and skills needed to overcome difficulties and facilitate change.
At Latitude, our occupational therapists work with adults with a wide range of disabilities. Occupational therapists are skilled at analysing situations, understanding a person’s aspirations and assisting them to problem solve. We are experts in assessment of function & improving independence. We show people how to do things differently, adapt their environment or provide them with equipment. This improves people’s independent living skills & often results in less reliance on paid support.
Latitude can offer personalised assessments to help you or your family member find their unique solution to build independence. We use our assessment to develop and document a set of personalised goals with the client. These are specific, measurable objectives, set in the context of our clinical assessment. We are focused on achieving goals that will make a difference to both quality of life and independence. We aim for individuals to reach their maximum potential at home, in the work place, in the community and in their employment and leisure activities.
